5/3/1 Cycle 7 Week 1 Day 2
60 minutes Deadlift Day all lifts raw double over unless noted Training Max - 410 Warmup 135 x 5 165 (40%) x 5 205 (50%) x 5 245 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual 265 (5) 5 310 (5) 5 350 (5) 5 O/U on money set. Left a few in the tank for some heavier singles. 365 x 1 375 x 1 385 x 1 Snatch grip deads 275 x 5 x 3 First time doing these so started a little light. RDL (strapped) 235 x 7 x 3 BB shrugs (strapped) 315 x 10 365 x 10 Power shrugs 405 x 8 Kneeling cable crunch 170 x 15 x 3 |

Lower back and hams are still mad at me today! Glad squats aren't until tomorrow!!
Yeah it's hard to keep them in the 90% range and not push for 1RM's haha! |

Kind of a hybrid between a Pendlay and a standard BOR. Floor press Kid in the way in the power rack. At least he was squatting! RipSkulls 93 x 8 x 3 PR Good session. Made some progress. Tri's should be upset with me tomorrow
