45 minutes Overhead Press Day Strict Military Press Training Max - 195 Warmup 80 (40%) x 5 100 (50%) x 5 115 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual Working sets 135 (3) 3 155 (3) 3 175 (3) 3 PBR + 4PP Nothing like tripling your previous 1RM That third rep was an epic grinder though lol! ![]() BBB Standing BTNP 135 x 8 x 5 +4 reps Cable facepulls 120 x 13 x 3 +3 reps Chins BW+45 x 6 BW+35 x 6 BW+25 x 6 BW x 6, 6 Changing strategies here. Once I hit 6 reps at each weight, I will be going up 5lbs. |

Your absolute refusual to give up on a grinder will serve you well at a meet Rich. I have to say your one of the best Overhead Pressers I know. No coincidence either that your bench is also so good. These 2 lifts seem to go hand in hand.
