Deadlift days are always somewhat unpredictable. It seems no matter what you do you never know what your body is going to give you. Sometimes it goes the other way as well when you have a better day than you expect.
You still salvaged what you could by using the VG's and getting some accessory work done. I hope your hammy is OK as well. On the snatch grip deaads, make sure you keep weeight at a point where you can still generate good speed.

60 minutes Bench Press Day Training Max - 295 Warmup 45 x 10 120 (40%) x 5 150 (50%) x 5 175 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual 190 (5) 5 220 (5) 5 250 (5) 8 PBR +2 reps over previous PB at this weight BBB BB Incline Press ~20 degrees 155 x 10 x 4 155 x 7 x 1 Failed on rep 8 and dropped the bar on the safety bars in the power rack. Guy curling says, "Oh, that's what those are for" LOL!! ![]() BB BOR 185 x 8 x 3 +10lbs Floor press 240 x 5 x 3 +5lbs RipSkulls 97.5 x 8, 8, 5.5 no progress but tri's were already FRIED!!! Pleased with today's work. It seems to be working

Seems to be working is a big understatement. 250 X8 is huge Rich! last week I did 255 X4 and thought that was good up until now lol. Floor press is also very impressive. Well done once again buddy!

60 minutes Power cleans into push press warmup 45 x 5 135 x 5 165 x 2 185 x 1 200 x 1 That 200 PP was freakin' tough after bench yesterday ![]() Squat Day Training Max - 315 Back Squat Warmup 45 x 10 135 (40%) x 5 supposed to be 125 but too lazy to load 35's with change lol 160 (50%) x 5 190 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual 205 (5) 5 235 (5) 5 270 (5) 6 Don't know if it's a PBR or not. Don't really care. I wanted to get 6 and I got it BBB Squat 185 x 9 x 5 +5 reps DB lunges Had planned on lunges here, but honestly after the BBB sets my quads and hams were already toast! Standing BB calf raise (dead grip) 255 x 10 x 3 +10lbs Very happy with today's work. Was worried about that right hammy, but it held up really well. Not sure if I will be able to walk tomorrow though. Mission accomplished
