Ok Jay, believe it or not I will be hitting the gym today OHP is the flavor of the day. And Wendler is making it pretty tough on me to start Cycle 8. Have to hit 165x5 minimum Previous best reps at that weight was 3 back in Cycle 6!!

Right hammy started feeling off during the warmup. By the work sets it was obvious something was not right. Figured I would stop at prescribed and see how the lighter accessory work went.

Was supposed to be 245x8x3 here but figured I would just go really light and stretch the hams out. After 5 reps I decided it was time to pack it in and live to lift another day I did get the main work in, but it was a complete bust tonight. Still, it was not worth pushing and risking injury.
