Spent 4 hours in and out of my attic today crawling around rewiring the coax and speaker wires for my tv. Not an excuse, but this old man's body was pretty sore and tired after that. Pretty happy with my money set. I think if I was a little fresher I would have had that 4th rep clean! After the BBB work, there was nothing left in the tank and no point going through the motions on accessory work!

Idk Rich, hope to figure out bench some day . I'm benching more now then I ever have so I'm pretty happy . It would be nice to say I bench over 300 but I'm a long ways from that. Maybe my goal for 2013 is to get to 300 max or 250x5 as I really don't care to test my one rep max.

Proper Bench form is tough to learn Chad, but definitely can be done in time. Once you learn to create that arch and keep the traps and lats tight your off to the races. I personally found benching tougher to learn than squats and deadlifts.
