5/3/1 Cycle 7 Week 3 Day 3
35 minutes Bench Press Day Training Max - 290 Warmup 45 x 10 115 (40%) x 5 145 (50%) x 5 175 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual 225 (5) 5 245 (3) 3 275 (1) 3 PBR +1 spotted BBB DB Incline Press 95 x 8 x 2, weight is getting too much to get into press position, dropped weight and went with a 4:1:1 tempo 70 x 10 x 3 BB BOR N/A Floor press N/A RipSkulls N/A Spent 4 hours in and out of my attic today crawling around rewiring the coax and speaker wires for my tv. Not an excuse, but this old man's body was pretty sore and tired after that. Pretty happy with my money set. I think if I was a little fresher I would have had that 4th rep clean! After the BBB work, there was nothing left in the tank and no point going through the motions on accessory work! |

Idk Rich, hope to figure out bench some day . I'm benching more now then I ever have so I'm pretty happy . It would be nice to say I bench over 300 but I'm a long ways from that. Maybe my goal for 2013 is to get to 300 max or 250x5 as I really don't care to test my one rep max.
