50 minutes Deadlift Day all lifts raw double over unless noted Training Max - 410 Warmup 135 x 5 165 (40%) x 5 205 (50%) x 5 245 (60%) x 3 Weight (Goal) Actual liquid chalk 310 (5) 5 350 (3) 3 390 (1) 1 O/U 410 x 1 O/U raw PR ![]() Figured if Wendler is going to claim my training max is going past my previous max, I better make sure haha! 410 went up without any argument. Easily had another 10lbs in me, but that will be next cycle! Snatch grip deads 285 x 5 x 3 +10lbs RDL (strapped) 235 x 8 x 3 +3 reps Kneeling cable crunch 170 x 20 x 3 +15 reps |
