Default Master Strongman 2013

Starting a training log to qualify for Master Strongman Event next year. Taken some time off for healing up. So will be starting lite an hopefully revving things up by March. Weights down to 220 so working on getting up about 10lbs. Will train 3-4 time a week, as I'm on a busy work schelude through the holidays. My 4th day will train with my buddy ICEMAN world known master stongman.
My supplements are as follows:
Everyday 4 grams tribulus a day/200mg longjack
Pre workout: 1aspirin,1 caffeine,2.5 mgs yohimbe, with 1 teaspoon of maung haung tea.
During workout: gatorade with creatie mono
Post workout: protein shake with cratine mono
(really gotta learn to spell creatine lol)

Good training man. The viking press, how is that compared to pressing with a bar or a log or axle?
