CONDITIONING: 1 Minute lifts 1: DB one arm overhead: 15 reps 2: Axle Overhead 105lbs: 10 reps 3: Log press 125lbs: 7 reps 4: Deadlifts 225lbs: 22reps about a minute or two rest between lifts, just enough to get the next thing loaded. Except the deadlifts cause that's in the basement so about 5 minutes there. Glad I made myself do it an got quite sweaty lol |

Changing things up a little, my strength is just to low I figure that I'm about 78% on my lower lifts and 50% on my upper lifts.

Mid-shin Deadlifts with shrug:175x5x2sets,245x5x2sets,315x3,390x5x3sets,45 5x4,455x3,455x2,495x1 were suppose to be 5 reps not happy Regular shrugs: 405x20 Curl machine: 10 reps pushdowns: 20 reps lower back was just screaming then, but upper back is sore now. Goin in the hot tub to soak |
