It doesn't end for a looooong time.

She's gonna get used to it.

Good looking good morning and row strength. That's how it's done.

The whole point of this session was to get some light work in and get some blood moving. I'm gonna shirt up next week. I'm also going to do abs every session as well. I want to be sure that core strength isn't one of the problems plaguing my squat. I may not have alot of time to take care of this. I'm shooting for a meet in Orlando in April or may.

The bar itself doesn't really scream Switzerland to me. I mean, I guess it's impartial, it also has a few holes. Someone may have over thought the name. Could you see Brian Carroll pressing on a Swiss ball? I think not...

Swiss ball rows??? It'll be the Zumba of the future. But really, rowing with the Swiss bar is tough on your bicep tendon.

I haven't felt like my pull was dialed in for months. Pulling felt great today. Everything was pretty light, and moved fast. I made a conscious effort to keep myself upright, arch hard, and keep my core as tight as I could. Muy bueno. It was a lunch sesh, so the lack of assistance bugs me a bit, but, with how pulling felt today I don't really care.

Benching went well. 405 to the 1 board was kinda weak, but now that I look at it, it was a good bit of volume for a heavy day. I got my right locked out on it, but my left felt like it hit a wall. It didn't help that my back cramped during Muy set up. Paul is still hanging around, so I may go to the IPF style setup heels flat. All my assistance was done at home. I hit up bench on my lunch and couldn't get it all done at once.
