Squat 150x5 150x5 240x3 Paused Reps 240x3 Paused Reps 240x3 Paused Reps 240x3 Paused Reps Wide Stance Good Morning 240x5 240x5 240x5 290x3 290x3 Training Grade: C It's been like 3 week since I've gotten squat in due to work. It was nice. Next week is going to be heavy triple week, so we will see how it goes. I'm also thinking of committing to a meet May 4. just gotta hash out some details with he boss lady. I'm gonna hit some light bench on Monday, and get some serious pulling in on Wednesday. |

Deadlift 135x10 135x5 225x5 315x3 Suit On 405x1 405x1 405x1 455x1 455x1 495x1 Suit Off 495x1 Training Grade:F I am completely dejected at this point. It's my first time in a suit, and it was a motherfucker... Breathing was hard, getting to the bar was even harder. It felt like someone was trying to cut my legs off with a rope. I'm all bruised up on my upper thighs. Having said that, after drowning my sorrow with a king size milky way bar, I need to quit being a pussy, and fucking do it. All he pain aside. Adam,and Brian, both pull in the same suit, and they get the bar and pull it. I just need to nut up next week and grip it and rip it, as John Daly used to say. |

Squat W/ Safety Squat Bar 165x??? 165x5 255x5 345x3 345x3 345x2 405x2 Leg Press 290x20 290x20 290x20 Training Grade: B I haven't taken a heavy squat in a long while. Today was the day. It all felt good, but I could tell its been a while since I've hit serious weight. My best is a 455 squat. I believe I could go bigger at this point, but I won't push it till after this meet. Depending on how Wednesday goes, I my have to circle one less item on my entry. I'm doing bench regardless, but if pulling in a suit continues to be full of suck, I won't do it. |
