Warm-Up Stretching Hip Mobility work Squats 45x5, 2 sets 135x3 185x3 225x3 245x3 275x3 added belt 315x3 335x2 added knee wraps(hit the racks on the way up with the 2nd rep so I had to rack it) 355x1 375x1 been awhile since I have been able to go this heavy raw because of the left glute and hip Hack Squats 1PLx10 1PL+25x2x6 1-Legged Leg Extensions 35x15 50x15 65x15 each leg Lying Leg Curls 70x12 80x12 90x12 100x6 DB Stiff-Legged DL's 50x12 55x12 60x12 1-Legged Standing Leg Curls 11x12 22x12 33x10 each leg In&Out Thigh Machine 100x15 110x15 120x15 IN & Out Standing Calf Raises 60x20 70x20 80x20 1-Legged Calf Presses(on leg press) 2PLx3x20 each leg Standing Cable Crunches 80x20 100x20 120x20 Machine Reverse Crunches PL1x15 PL2x15 (That was it. Squats felt really strong today(best they've felt raw in a long time). Legs are getting accustomed to the higher set and rep ranges, I aint as wipped out from it.)

Deadlifts felt speedy and back work felt really good. First time doing BB Rows in years so I just wanted to get a feel for them again.)
