Legs were toast after this. Gonna go back to some of my old power-bodybuilding stuff for awhile. Had fun today, this is exactly what I need to respark my love for the gym.)

Everything was really pumped and I am gonna be sore tomorrow!! I am liking these new workouts. Also next time I do Guillotines they will be done with free weight instead of on the smith machine. The Smith machine puts me in a unnatural groove.)

Hammer Curls 15x12 20x12 25x12 Seated One-Arm Overhead DB Extensions 20x12 25x12 30x12 each arm One-Arm Machine Preacher Curls 25x3x15 each arm Reverse DB Wrist Curls 10x2x25 One-Arm DB Wrist Curls 20x2x25 each arm (That was it, had a great workout. Arms felt really pumped. Gonna take measurements and some pics this weekend and then 6-8 weeks from now I will take new pics and measurments to see how thing are shaping up.)
