Good for you. I don't always post in here, but I do follow along. I've noticed you haven't seemed happy in a while, so in addition to being good for your lifts, you'll probably be more motivated heading into the gym too.

Thanks, yeah I tend to get extremely depressed when I get overtrained. I'm at the point to where I should know when to back off from the weights a bit, but like I said I am hardheaded lol.

Yeah I got 6 more training weeks for the meet. So I'm gonna try to be in the shirt weekly until then, and then I'll get out of all of the gear and work on my raw strength to build my body up.
