End of Wave 3: 5/3/1 OH Press 40x5 50x5 60x3 80x5 90x3 100x2 PR Chin-Ups 3x5 Barbell Shrugs 1x10x60 1x10x80 1x10x90 *Just wanted to experiment with shrugs, think I perfer upright rows... Tricep Extensions 3x10 25lb dumbbell Rear Delts (Reverse Pec Dec) 3x10x15lbs *Didnt like the reverse pec dec, didnt feel right to me. Need to experiment with other rear delt exercises Pretty good workout, another cycle down. Not going to de-load this time, going to start up cycle 3 and maybe de-load after that. Lat Pull Dows (Supersetted w/ bench) 3x10x60 *Did these between my working sets, dont know if Wendler recommends to super set these between working sets or all sets? Incline Bench 2x8x75 (+5lbs) 1x7x75 Chest Supported Rows 3x8x45 Barbell Curls 3x6x50 (+10lbs) |

Wave 1: 3x3 - Cycle 3 Deadlift 140x5 170x3 200x3 225x3 255x3 *Last set was a little tougher than I thought. Stiff-Leg Good Mornings 3x8x60 Bent Over Rows 3x8x60 Leg Curls 2x10x60 1x8x60 Weighted Sit-Ups 3x10 35lb plate *Think I'll go for a 45lb plate next time. Overall a pretty good workout, felt a little tired lifting tonight. Generally I lift in the morning and feel more fresh at that time. |
