Wave 3: 5/3/1 Deadlift 200x5 225x3 250x1 265x1 275x1 PR! Good Mornings (Stiff-Leg) 3x8x60 (+10lbs) Leg Curls 1x10x40 2x8x50 (+10lbs) Weighted Sit-Ups 3x8 w/ 25lb plate Good workout today, excited I finally hit a 275 DL, on my way to 300! ![]() Lower back feeling a little sore (no pain) from GM's. Start of Wave 1: 3x3 - Mesocycle #2 Squat 45x10 95x5 120x5 145x3 165x3 190x3 215x3 PR *Was a little nervous on the way to the gym cause I only done 215 for singles, but just had to psyche myself up a lil and got the triple! Leg Press 3x10x100 (+10lbs) SLDL 80x8 90x8 100x8 Weighted Sit-Ups (Decline) 3x8 w/ 25lb plate Calves 3x10x45 Still training without a belt, dont know if I should start thinking about wearing one or keep going until I hit bigger weights.. Okay workout out today, threw in a couple new exercises for a assistant work to try out. Have a good feeling for the program just trying to figure out what works best for me or what will help build my strength.
