Could just be cumulative lower back fatigue. That happens from time to time. I would shut deadlifts down whenever you feel that lower back giving you grief.

Keep charging hard WB.

I'm doing this same routine WB. You're off to a good start. You'll be hitting it on all cylinders soon. Just get used to the rythm of it.

@ Mike, Thanks! It is a little weird to me right now but, I'm sure I'll find the groove.

Havent had the chance to hit the gym cause I'm f**** broke all the time. Had to resort to selling my PS3 at gamestop today cause I had no money, no gas no food and ect. Hoping to hit the gym tomorrow if possible, if not I'll have to wait til Thursday when I get paid.

I feel ya when it comes to money man,we might not be able to pay rent in a couple months.Try and stay positive though,hopefully hittin the gym thursday will be a killer session!

*Did these stiff-legged, was only about to bend down to around 45 degrees. Felt it more in my hamstrings.

Pretty good workout, had a better feel for it my second time around. Legs felt like jello afterwards and quads are sore today.

WB any chance you could put together a home gym? In my area at least, weightlifting stuff is way, way undervalued (I picked up a bench, bar and 300lbs of plates for $120). In the long run it's cheaper than a gym
