Wave 2 - Cycle 5 Deadlift Cycle 4 % 115x5 145x5 175x3 190x5 220x5 250x5 Whew! *Was starting to struggle on the last two reps, then I remember guys saying to drive the head back and the body will follow.. Alright, today was my 3rd straight workout in a row. I was gonna take today off and squat tomorrow after work, but the flame was lit inside me today and figured I just be holding myself back. So, here we go!
Wednesday, March 20th. 2013 Wave 3 - Cycle 5 Squat Cycle 4 % 45x8 105x5 130x5 155x3 195x5 220x3 245x1 (10lb PR!) *Fuckin smashed that shit! Pardon my French but, I'm pretty psyched up making that lift. Good Mornings 135x5 145x5 145x5 GHR's 3x6xBW DB Side Bends 4 sets of 10 w/ 55lb DB Calves 3x10 Now, to get a day or two of rest!
