Wave 1 - Cycle 4 Bench 2x10x45 (Warm-Up) 60x5 75x5 90x3 105x3 120x3 135x3 (PR) Lat Pull Downs (SuperSet w/ Bench) 3x10x60 DB Bench Press 3 sets of 15,12,12 w/ 25lb DB's Tricep Extensions 3x8 w/ 30lb Dumbbell (+5lbs) *Tri's feeling like Jell-O Chest Supported Rows 3x10x35 *Decided to drop 10lbs to use more of a strict movement and go for a couple more reps. Wave 1 - Cycle 4 Deadlift 135x5 145x5 175x3 205x3 235x3 265x2 265x1 265x1 *Think I under estimated the last set cause it was a hell of a lot tougher than I thought so, I decided to do a couple singles after that. I should probably take the deload week at the end of this cycle and give my body some rest. I want to increase my strength, not loose it! Friday, February 15th. 2013 Wave 1 - Cycle 4 OH Press 45x5 55x5 70x3 80x3 90x3 100x3 105x1 105x1 *Remembered my goal for wave 3 this cycle is a 110lb OH Press so, figured I'd do a couple singles of 105 to get me ready for it. Dips 4 sets of 6,6,6,3 @ BW DB Hammer Curls 4x10 w/ 20lb Dumbbells *First time doing Hammer Curls, these felt great! Had a nice pump going and just had to do a 4th set. Rear Delts 3x10 w/ 10lb Dumbbells Good workout today, had a good pump in every exercise, even though I'm training for strength..+ Today is also my 9 month mark. ![]() Saturday, February 16th. 2013 Wave 2 - Cycle 4 - Cycle 3's Squat Percentages Squat 2x10x45 100x5 125x5 150x3 160x5 185x5 210x5 Leg Press 3x12x90 *Felt these more in my quads today for some reason. Not sure if it was my foot positioning or if the leg press machine was set up a little different? Back Extensions 3x8 @ BW *I was hoping to do Glute Ham Raises, I asked the "personal trainer" today if he could show me how to use the GHR machine, he said "the what machine" I said "GHR Machine" Still didn't know what I was talking about so I had to show him what I was talking about. I only see this guy on the weekends sometime so I don't think he really know what the hell a GHR is... Cause I'm pretty damn sure he only showed me how to do back extensions with it lol. Anyways could really feel them it my low back and a little bit in my hamstrings. Weighted Sit-Ups 3x15 w/ 35lb plate |
