Thats the short-term goal. I remember it took me about 2 months to go from 265 to 275, my next cycle I'll be going for 280. So, depending on my strength increases I may be lookin at 10lb PR's every 2 months or hopefully sooner.

*Sometimes I feel my right bicep is working a little more than my left, I try to make sure I do them strict and ect. Could just be-cause I'm right handed. Think I'll try using dumbbells so I can focus a little more on my left arm.

Rear Delts
3x10 w/ 10lb DB's

Decided on the spot I wanted to go to the gym today and had to rush my training a bit so I could get back home, to get ready for work. 5th workout this week so I'd better rest this weekend and put fork in my mouth!

Ended up having a crappy workout today, I checked my blood sugar after I got home and it was on the high side so I think that played a factor today...

*Goal was to squat 235 for a triple, got the first rep, second rep I just couldn't do it. I had the safety pins in so I just dropped down and let the pins catch the bar. Heart kind of sunk after that. Could of been my mind set, could of been lack of confidence, having a high blood sugar, the creepy old guy working around me doing random shit.. But the fact is I couldn't do it. Think I'll re-due cycle 3's squat training percentages and get prepared for this cycles %'s.

Bill, I'm not BtB, but you might try just redoing that workout. Get a day or two to rest, get your blood sugar under control and take another crack at it. That's my two cents anyhow
