Thanks guys!

Went and saw a new doctor today for my Diabetes, I haven't had insurance in forever so I haven't been able to see a specialist for type 1 diabetics, all the doctors I been seeing are only familiar with type 2 diabetics, so it was a nice change to see a doctor who knows more about my type of diabetes. Anyways the insulin I been taking and the doses were pretty old school so he gave me some 24 hour acting insulin and another short acting insulin to take after meals so I can control my blood sugars better. Which in turn will help me gain some weight (I Hope), currently weighing 147 lbs, same as earlier this month. Hoping to start gaining some weight soon...

Gonna get ready to hit the gym, will post later.

Will do, one of my co-workers is also a type 1 diabetic and she told me once she got on the insulin I'm now taking, said she gained a lot of weight and was starting to loose weight on the older insulin. So, hope it does help according to her experience.

*Deadlifts felt good today so I wanted to try a 10lb PR. Got it up a quarter of the way but it just stalled and couldn't move it anymore. Was kinda worried so I had to make sure I could still pull my last PR (275).

Good Mornings
4x8x60
*Didn't do these stiff-legged today, Could feel it more in my back with my knees bent.

Leg Curls
3x10x50

Weighted Sit-Ups
3x10 w/ 35lb plate.

Overall a pretty good workout, was gonna go for a 4th set on my last two assistant exercises but DL's took most my energy away.
