Not done anything heavy since Friday, so I'll put this down to a much needed light week.
If I get away early tomorrow I'll start a new two-week heavy block. Either that or Friday, I don't really mind which seeing as it's a week off. I'm still ironing out a routine but pretty sure I got it down now. |

Might drop down to singles on them. |
