Sumo rack pulls - knee Bar x 10 135 x 5 225 x 3 315 x 1 405 x 1 495 x 1 585 x 1 635 x 1 655 x 1 675 x 2 Lower back @ 90%. Went easy. First time using sumos in a while. Felt good.

In case I forget, what worked very well for Fronts today was flexing my abs hard before the descent. Kept my spine flatter rather than arched from the start, which lead to hips dropping into a better position.
I wonder if that'd work well for regular squats too. Hmmm |
