Squats - 20kg x 6, 6, 6 60kg x 3 100kg x 1 140kg x 1 160kg x 1 belt on 190kg/420lbs x 1 Paused Bench 60kg x 3 80kg x 1 100kg x 1 120kg x 1 130kg x 1 142.5kg/313lbs x 1 Deadlift, conventional 60kg x 3 100kg x 1 140kg x 1 180kg x 1 225kg/495lbs x 1 Feeling good, though I think I cut the squat short a little. Not a big deal, it was easy. Everything else felt good. Definitely doing some reps tomorrow, rather than more singles. Am I finally starting to Deadlift properly?! I think so.
