Aye just frustration, from all the geared work the past year I'm very weak in the hole. In addition just a generally manic last 3 months has left me very weak in general as well.
I did 180 a couple weeks ago, I should just have gone straight to 182 but there you go. Cheers man. |

I think it's just in all of our nature to add moar iron to the bar, sometimes without thinking too much about it. 99% of the time we get it.
![]() The issues you and Al seem to be having are kinda scaring me away from going equipped, but I am sure I will at some point. Do you think it's prudent to rotate on and off gear more often?
