What is the diff between Klokov Press and standing BTNP? Is it that the Klokov is a push press?

Cheers mate. The Klokov Press is a recent name given to a Press behind the Neck done with a Snatch grip. So hands out very wide, starting each rep with the bar resting at top of the traps.

So after finishing the Klokov, I took the hands in to a regular width and did some reps.

Back at benching.

315 felt shaky, but as the sets came and went it started to feel faster and lighter. I did a 6x3 with a max rep set on the last effort.

Strength is down but it will come back.

Form felt good. Really good.
