waking up around 297 - 301, depends on if i do cardio at night lol.

Been testing my strength lately but after this week i'm going back to 8-12 rep range because i feel like thats where growth happens for me

Feel much better! I'm starting to shape up a bit. My wt this am was 292. Back is not tight anymore, flexiblity is improving, etc

550 x 5 on squat yesterday. I think i'll stay here until i can get at least 8 reps before i go up again.

Babell lunges: up to 225 x 10 each leg
Leg ext
Close stance leg press: up to 11plates each side x 15
Squat: up to 550 x 5

Legs were sore last night and i had trouble sleeping because of it. My wife woke up and asked me "Whats wrong?" I told my legs were extremely sore. Her response "Good, that means their growing" and she went back to sleep. lmbo!

That is incredibly strong Emeka ... It's just in span of 2 months or may be less than that, you came from 405*10 to 550*5 ... Keep doing what you do ...
