Nice lifting. Love the dumbell reppage. Awesome lifting tutorial. Not sure the camera angle is the most flattering for you, but there was a cat cameo so it's all good.
Chest? Uh....bench press? You know the thing you want to max out on soon? Just sayin' ![]() Post a video of those 100 lb hammers! I gotta see that! I'm sure there's some english involved, no worries. But just the stones to even conceive trying it. I love it. I tried to clean a couple 80 lb DBs once and almost killed myself. There's that moment right when they start to come up where you really question your sanity and life choices. Seeing you with that look on your face with 100s would be worth all the tea in china.

I can't describe how much love I have for all of you.
Big Mike the edge of my trailer was all I had for a camera stand. More heavy curls next Wednesday. Fri March 22nd Heavy squats 2 Doubles with 85% 295lbs 2x2 1x6! Ladies, the secret is doing them shirtless. Try it! Went to fast warming up and irritated a left quad. But bad music and the 315 a kid left on the bar made me angry. Best squats yet. that whole set -- but especially that last rep -- was nothing short of heroic. takes guts to keep goin when you get winded reppin out with a heavy weight. very good form too.
