Saw someone from the gym at my DQ pre-meal.Maybe people will start to see im not mean outside the gym.But dont get comfy and try to talk to me their! Fri March 8th Speed Squats @ 60% Dive Bombers 205lbs 10x3 - goal was 8x3 Stopped there because of bar bite. Shirtless Zercher Squats Long time since i did these,top sets with 185lbs.Brute Force Systems reminded me of this excercise,and forced me to do them in this fashion! Video at bottom is NSFW.It may distract the strong ladies here,as well as female or left-field male coworkers. Kroc rows 31 reps per arm over multiple sets - not feeling strong but its still a baby PR!
