Rumble Rolled & stretched/limbered up before squats, as usual.

Dem Squats
270lbs

Didnt think i would make it.I did! Got hyped up for my first work set and realized i loaded the bar unevenly.Plus i nearly lost it reracking the last set and did something nasty to my abs.

But theyr'e just mere abs.Worthless right? So i did a backoff set with 225 for good measure. These numbers will get bigger quicker.

Leg press/leg curls/Kroc rows/v-handle pulldowns and ab work (leg raises)

Forgot the Versas,but no matter.Still got 24 reps outta 3 sets.Straps do not hold you back!


Ever have people say hi? I really want to respond with something like, shut the hell up im not here to talk. or when im asked how im doin,i should say, better than you. But im too nice,so im told.


Was gonna go camping but everybody backed out,so i might play dodgeball Sunday.


If youve seen this,i guess you have enough common sense not to waste your time again.

Great work Ben! Hope the abs are ok and glad it seems no big injury happened! Why don't you post sets, weight, and reps for your other lifts and only the main lift??? Just wondering. Keep working hard!

Aye thanks Jay. I havnt been bothering to be specific with assistance but off the top of my head:
Leg press 450 2x6 and 360x8
Leg curls 4x10
Kroc rows 130lbs 2x7 and 1x10
V handle pulldowns 125lbs 2x8 and 1x12

Sat March 2nd
Misc.

Didnt have anything better to do,came in and got pumped.

Steinborn lift.You'll see,video below.Otis Steinborn,i think was his name,used this method to squat back in the 20s when squat stands hadn't been invented yet.I thought it was stupid,but its fun! No real use to me though besides some core stimulation.

Kroc rows w/ Versagripps
130lbs 3x10

Helmet press
135lbs 3x8

Top range pf motion overhead press,easier on shoulders.Mine get tweaky.

Power shrugs w/ Versagripps
405lbs 2x15

Easy night,didnt go to failure on anything!

(Just heard Slipknot coming from my moms phone! That is not normal!)

Just watch the middle video if you value your time.Do that lift if you want to freak someone out!
