Thanks erryone! I do suspect high rep benching along with bodyfat contributes to the arms.

And the broccoli was delicious!

Great work Ben!
Haven't had the need yet. But after deadlifting I'm too smoked to do what i'd like on assistance, without grips.

Thanks Jen!

Conventional pulling 230lbs 8x3
Started with 15 second rest between sets, quickly realized i simply dont function that fast.

Versagripps from here on out.Love em! Felt powerful with Romanian sumo deads,Pendlay rows and power shrugs.Hold at the top of your shrugs for just a second.Do it! 1&1/2 sets of abs.I know...

Looking forward to lunch tomorrow. All by myself at a hibachi grill.Ginger salad! Calamari! Friend rice! Orange sauce! That orange sauce is the only way i can eat broccoli or zuchini.Better than nothing right?

Preciate it Jim,just had some ham and ice cream,so I won't be hungry until tomorrow.

Wed Feb 27th Cube Rep Bench @ 70%

175lbs 1x8
Unlike isolation moves where I feel the muscle (believe it or not) the purpose with repetition bench here isn't hypertrophy. Its perfecting form.

Assistance was 1-arm dumbell overheads (50lbs here were a lot of reps, next time will be using 60), reverse ez curls, pushdowns with v handle and a band, then rotator work and 5 irritating sets of ab work.

I shot myself on accident today,in the head. Lower class people like me do stupid stuff. I set a shotshell on a log, backed up a few feet then shot it. A piece of birdshot ricochet into my forehead and cut me. Lesson learned,I value my eyesight.
