So,all i have to say is,Versagripps will kill you. 130lb one arm row for 20 reps. Its a personal best.

Nice squats! Awesome rows! They didn't kill you, just a lil' bruise is all.

You're closer to your goals than you think. 375 squat and 275 bench are right around the corner. Get some deadlift mojo going and 415 is coming up soon too. I'll race ya to a 600 deadlift!
