Got at least 2 or 3 jobs in the next couple weeks,plus a big project that i may be sharing with all of you,soon.It all depends on if im gonna have to move...to sticky Florida.I may know in a week or two.Gonna see how many reps i can do with 235 on the bench tomorrow.

3 more weeks and going for 240 2x2.

6 weeks from tomorrow max bench at 270,then might go for 275 or even 280 if i can get a decent spot.

For the max squats try a few reps with 320 again for the next one or two cycles,the go for 365.

Deads i want to work with 385 on both sumo and conventional for a while.

Speed work,mostly sets of 2 and 3 with around 50%

Play rep work by ear.

Glad to see you have some opportunities lined up.

Make the bench reps at 225 and then smoke the NFL players!

It's good to have some specific targets while keeping it loose at the same time. You definitely have time to experiment a little to find your best groove.

In DXs log a day or two ago he talked about doing upper back work that is less taxing to the lower back. I think I need to do this. As much as I love heavy barbell rows that might be what's hurting my deads. I'm gonna go ape on vertical pulling and Kroc rows

Soon,3 sets of AMAP with 235,paused. Hopefully 5-3-2,we shall see.
