Someone always says DQ Blizzard. Didn't have any today,did have Popeyes chicken though.
I love the Cube.That fullbody thing I wrote up got boring quick.

Ben I moved into the power rack yesterday to bench. I have to say it beat the crap out of the one useless bench we have with the two fixed bar heights. Like everyone's arms are the same length!
Plus by using the safety bars I can bench as heavy as I want without the need for spotters, unless I want a liftoff

No need for spotters is a huge plus. I could try this power rack again,but the bench is perfect for my body. My day was nothing but ass. I don't even remember the day before 5pm. Ass ass ass ass. Ass ass ass. Ass ass ass. Not firm ass. Not tanned ass. Not thick ass. Not jiggy ass. It was lumpy hairy stinky ass. Ass! Ass ass ass ass ass! I did find DQ bags,Arbys bags and orange soda bottles in the floarboard ![]() Friday Feb 1st Heavy Squats Pre training: Spagheti,sausage,Flamethrower Grillburger,and 2 large Blizzards! Squats @ 90% / 320lbs. Two back to back singles. Disappointing. Got a video,the last 4 minutes are nothing but me shaking. Depth was crazy,more on that later. Front squats 185 x2. All downhill asses from here on out. Ass! Ass! Ass! Dead start good mornings 185 3x5 Pause squats on pins to make sure depth wasn't too deep. 135 2x5. Use these for warmup? Leg press/Leg curls/Calves/Face pulls/Neck/Bicep/Ab work to finish. About 65 minutes I think,felt a lot longer. Probably won't be on forum tonight,stupid tired.
