Just keep going fella , make a plan and stick to it. If it doesn't work after giving it a good shot, tweak it or try something else. Sometimes it just takes a while to find what works best for you but when you do the pr's will be rolling in, just don't get discouraged or let anything else effect your lifting.

Little money made today,installed a hot tub. Mon Jan 28th - Speed Deadlifts Left my notebook at the gym (lucky bastards) but thats fine,its all up in the cranium. Rack pull + power shrug. 315lbs 7x3 These are awesome! Very explosive.I set the pins in the rack as low as possible,which is barely above my kneecap.Boom! Feel good. Did one sumo pull with 275 and a belt. Pulldowns,abs and broceptors.
