Thanks for your support. I learned my lesson,I'm that guy who used to do pullups when he weighed 240,not the guy that walks 3 miles uphill.

Haha...saw some trees but not a lot of hiking! I assume it was a video break!
![]() Great to get outside isn't it? I found regular hiking (weekly, 4-6 miles) for a few months to be a great calf developer and a lot easier "cardio" than running!
