Well its affecting any tpe of barbell pull.Deads,rows,pullups,all suck.But i think dumbells shouldnt be affected bad.
Pre-training meal: Sausage bacon pizza! Friday November 16th - DE Bench Speed Bench 8 triples 135lbs First 4 sets close grip Last 4 sets ROR (ring finger on ring) 30 seconds rest These went well. CGBP 205lbs 2x4 185lbs 2x4 Sweet spot! 45 degree incline CGBP 135x3 Right bicep felt weird,couldnt continue Lying tricep ez extensions 110lbs x0,screw that. Strict dumbell OHP,standing 40lbs 5x10 Not even CLOSE to failure! Didnt think i had it in me.More weight! Pulldowns 200 x3 175 x5 150 2x7 Straight arm pulldowns 50lbs x15 Dumbell rear delt raises 30lbs 2x10 Dumbell front holds w/ 35lbs Ab rollouts & rotator cuff work. Post-training meal: Sausage bacon pizza! Im really considering dropping alot of the accessory work and focusing on the big fun stuff! Big is NOT boring! Im not lean,im not in need of symmetry,i need big power! Last day i wear a size L shirt...

Monday November 19th - ME Lower Notes.Mixed in BPI Build-HD with my water.Calf work was weak.Video will be up soon of my squat.Im wearing a fire dept shirt,but i dont work there! Cambered bar squats.As you will see,the bar just seems too narrow.Nevermind that,because what comes next is amazing. 340lbs x2.My 1RM,for a double,with a bar i have never used before.I paused for a bit,contemplated adding 5 or 10lbs,but then thought of Karwoskis 1000x2... Front squat.Thought,what the heck,lets load up 245 (last weeks PR) then i was like,no lets do 250.Did this without a belt. 250 x0.I guess the squat fairy ran out of fcks to give.I remember a few months ago when Mr Shaw failed his first squat ever... Calves 900lbs 2 x20 Weaker than i was the last couple times,been awhile.Oh well,cardio loading and unloading twenty 45 pound plates. Side bends and i was OUT! Check back in,15-30 minutes i will have squat vid.If you care about hearing me make obnoxious noises.Meanwhile heres Capt Kirk
