Thank you all very much. I won't bore you with a trillion details,I am getting the Cube wrote out,getting ready for Monday. Gonna stick with M/W/F and do any extra stuff as the schedule dictates. 3rd routine I've done since I've joined,gotta stay in one place hopefully for a while.

THANK YOU!! I have goals lifting and non lifting,that i will go for broke on.Say "oh well" rather than "what if." I wish i remembered where i heard that...
Pre-apology.Busy busy paying for my new shotgun (most likely Remington 870 or 887,its the best of Walmart)! So,its unknown when i will get to the rest of the logs.If im on their in the next couple of days,either its raining and im not working,or im unable to go to sleep.Thanks for the support! Monday December 31st 1st day of Cube Max Effort Deads w/ 2 videos at bottom. Conventional:385 x1.Planned on 2,but failed.Turns out im a failure,my back rounded.Yikes,thats some bad ****! Sumo 275 x6.This looks like my better lift.And these killed me. High rack pulls 275 x8 Power shrugs 275 12x2.I thought i had put only 225 on,ha! Hammer curls 70 2x4 Cable curls w/ rope, half stack 2x10 Finished with Abs,calves,rotator cuff work and 4 cinnamon rolls. Erectors are fried.Are they overcompensating for a weak spot? Bis have been hurting,from the 315 row i presume.Arms have stalled,havnt worked biceps directly the last few weeks.Gotta get some 18" arms,because that will certainly help my deadlift /sarcasm Maybe Cube will work.Must stick to it.Squatting thrice a week there was killing me,or i didnt get used to it yet. I saw the hips rising too much on the miss, which of course made you lose most of your leverage. Sumo's looked pretty good!
