Tried sumo rack pulls,couldnt find a groove.

Very tired,took a long time to warm up,hunt for the right collars and the better-of-the-two belts.


I had not planned on doing the big 3 all on the same day in this program,but i figured,why not try it out.Deload next week.And i hadnt planned on doing curls in this program,but i think il start them up again on the mondays.

5 minutes,its just audio,pitch black.Because i cant drive with the overhead light on.Not that my face is special to look at.
