Thanks everyone!

Last week I squatted 315 for a double, and like a dodo I changed my stance on the top set. Early in the year I was told to squat wide, and until I started my back would hurt unbearably while squatting. I still play around with my stance during warmups, but always go back wide. I guess it just seems right.

Thanks for the video Steve, most of the time I do everything from my phone.

Floor press tonight. Focus on staying TIGHT and hopefully get 260.

Alright subscribers,I will do my best to continue posting bigger numbers for the next 40 years.

Tuesday November 13th - ME Upper

Floor press.
260lbs x1 PR! (Previous floor press PR 230 or 235)
250 x1 (match Bench 1RM)
240 x2!
230 x3!
225 x3 (same reps for Bench at this weight)

B/O Rows (120 band pushdowns done with Row warmups)
275 x0 (did 5 reps last Tuesday,but I had all 10 fingers working then)
135: 3x20
Decided to rep it out.
135x60=8100lbs of volume. I'l take it.

DB curls 30lbs: 3x10

Will post pics of my 256lb self when photobucket starts working agaim. Fatties look better with clothes on...

But for now I gotta be up at 530,so bedtime.

Big lifting. 3 plates for squats is no joke. I've only managed it on two occasions myself

Serious rowing as well!

I'm gonna try the wide stance and see how it feels on my knees.
