Nice work Ben!! I have also seen LtL do GM's as a ME lift. Have to give you guys props for that as I don't think I personally would want to do that. I reckon it must be a myth that weight doesn't matter as much as the stretch.
Too bad that 210PP didn't pan out for you. Get it next time!

By the way,hot tub job wasn't as bad as it was made out. Gonna focus on sumo deads,then rack pulls,then squats on mondays for the next couple months.

Thanks brothers! Today was an early one,nothing much to report on. Gettin a feel for the program,need that balance between weight and volume.
Heavy Hillbilly WTF Wednesday Front squats 135lbs 3x3 185lbs x2 I thought the whole time I had 185 on! Said,this is too easy,went to put 205 on and noticed I was still at 135! Doh! Power cleans 185 x1 190 x1 PR 195 x1 PR 200 Fail Strict OHP 135lbs 2x5 Pulldowns 200lbs 2x5 And some crunches,standing,with the pulldown cable for resistance. That's all folks,gonna get some pizza.
