I suck at ice skating.
Anyway,sporadic work hours combined with a friend who needs help on THURSDAYS,I can't make this stuff up,I've decided it would be in my best interest to go ahead and start that M W F 3 days weight training and hopefully get in some gpp the rest of the time. I have made acceptable progress with my 4 day ME/DE Westside bastard child,but despite wanting to train 7 days a week,it ain't happenin. Weekends,I never know about. Those are nice for catching up on sleep. So tomorrow begins what I call the Heavy Hillbilly routine. Goals for 2013 (I know we still have a few weeks) besides powerlifting: Aquire steady work and a 4wd 6.5 chevy diesel 90s model pickup,move out and split rent with one or two guys.

Thanks my wise brothers! I feel like a selfish freak but at the moment,I'm just burnt out. Might take a day or two off from answering others logs,and I'm not bothering a routine writeup online. I just now got it scribbled out and I'm about to write it up in my gymbook. Figure it out over the next week
![]() But if the headache goes away and you all do a good enough job convincing me,I might post a thread with my new routine + a cube variation I dreamed up,that I want to do in a year or two. Mandatory 4 month trial period starting tomorrow,but I wanna stick to something for once. I do love reading other routines and swapping ideas.
