![]() Anyhow on to today... Great workout! Is your neck sore from the deads? Think you need to invest in some workout pants or at least sweatpants ! Jeans have got to go! Thought the t-bar was going to hit you in the a$$ when you finished, that would have been too funny! Strong work bud, keep it up!

How did the cleans feel this week, especially after recently doing the dead challenge?
Time to get a belt!! I like the Spud Belt. The Crew got a good chuckle about it but LtL likes them and that was good enough recommendation for me to get one.
