Thanks everyone! Sitting in a car waiting on people feels horrible,but standing up I'm fine.
WRT the GMs I normally do them as Jim described Power-Style,but tonight I had jeans on and simply broke at the waist. I didn't notice a difference,I feel it in my erectors and hams. I mentioned the "ED" over at MS a couple times,but I gave up on it. No worries,the ladies know the truth ![]() Don't get me wrong,there are several people over there that I just love talking to. It does seem that the folks here at MAB are generally more into powerlifting/strongman,more knowleadgable and a little nicer.

Fine deadlifting. With chalk and a belt, you'd have hit 40+ I'd say. Makes a BIG difference (at least for me!)

Lol,thanks gents! Laziebones has strong opinions and I respect him,but what works for 1 bodybuilder doesn't work for everyone. Anyway...
Grip was no issue at all,but a belt would have helped the back and gave me more.... Tuesday December 4th - ME Upper Easygoing night,neck feels like it isn't even there. Power-cleans+Push-press - singles 185lbs x4 Didn't video cleans,too many creeps at the time. Band pushdowns 125 total T-bar rows,video link at bottom (mobile won't imbed) 5 plates 14 total reps over 3 sets Alternating dumbell curls 60lbs x4 45 2x4 Rotators and leg raises. I dunno how people do leg raises hanging without swinging everywhere. I use the elbow support thingy chair,but I almost can't fit. Narrow bastards. The day I joined there was a new thread titled "Don't do shitty rows" And someone didn't listen...
