Monday December 3rd - ME Lower - Deadlift December Challenge!

30 minutes 9:14-9:44
As many reps at 70%
285lbs
27 reps.Started with doubles,then singles and a couple triples.Mixed grip,no chalk,no straps,no belt.Damn painful,everythings tight.

Wide Good Mornings (am i crazy?)
205 x10
215 x5
These are PRs.

What percentage is a GM normally of the Squat? Lets assume 350 squat and 235 GM.

Toe raises (calves feel good) and leg raises (just 5 tonight).

Great workout bud! I'm using straps when I do the challenge! It's based of my max which was with straps, and it'd be less strapless.

I think I started too fast and burnt out,orginally planned for 15,then I wanted 30.

I have to hesitate to call you ED as we all know what that is short for.

WRT the GM's, I have always been under the impression weight doesn't matter as much as form in getting a good stretch in the hammies. Do you do them power style? (Break at hip and move hip back as opposed to just bending over).
