Well folks,its 120 am,I havnt crapped in almost 6 hours but I am hungry. Hopefully I can make that 4hour drive tomorrow. If I can,that also means I'm hittin the weights. Thinking of 12 sets each dynamic squats and bench.

Whatsup mah crackas? This old man hasnt eaten much the past couple days,jaws are literally tired of chewing.
Friday November 30th - Dynamic Day BPI Build-HD mixed with my water jug.I have lotsa samples,i just dont use them every time. 30 seconds rest between DE sets. Teeny bit of an accidental experiment of 2013s routine. Dynamic Squats 180lbs Eight Doubles For some reason squat from goes to hell on DE day,i just havnt been able to get tight and my erectors ache.Perhaps its all in my mind,the past experiences,i let them keep happening.Positive! Wide Good Mornings 180lbs (kept it simple) Three triples (could have done more) Dynamic Bench 135lbs Eight triples Four sets close grip Four sets ROR Right bar,wrong bench.Took too long to set up,bench padding is way too soft.I like my bed soft,but not my freaking bench.If i had left my house 60 seconds earlier,i would have got the good bench no joke.Tempting to go Karwoski Squat Rack on his ass. "FIVE MINUTES,GET YOUR SHIT,LEAVE." Squatting and benching together seems fine.Hell if i had the place to myself,i would just do a constant superset between the two to save time.The benefits of home gym... And heres where i bit myself in the ass.Too much assistance,although that wont be a problem with the new year.I think most new lifters focus too much on assistance,i can say that because im one of them.Just work your basic big lifts,get your form,and once you know yourself,then do all the assistance you need.I need to get myself better aquainted with the lifts.My bench form was all over the place tonight,touching too low,having trouble reaching sternum depth. Weighted dips 256lbs+25lb plate 2 x4 BW Dips 8 reps I think i scared a child.It went to walk by me,glanced over,and ran the other way. Lying ezbar tricep extensions 70lbs 2 x10 Pullups 0 Negative pullups 3 Arms felt like they would rip off. Pulldowns 212.5 x5 125 x12 GO BIG!
