Been a litte slack on the log lately.
Monday Squat Parallel box bar x 10 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 210 x 3(PR) 225 x 1 Paused Oly Squats bar x 5+chains 95 x 5 135 x 3 165 x 3 185 x 1 Low Pin rack squats 225 x 3 275 x 3(PR) Abs 12, 12, 8 Leg Curls 50 x 8 x 3 Box Jumps 29 in x 1, lost confidence on 2nd rep and came down on the knee. Im liking the new training split alot 3 days a week does give me alot of time for recovery. |
