Been a little slack with the log lately been busy. I've done some thinking with my programing and decided not to go full throttle with all 3 lifts and focus on my bench for a while. In the past few weeks i've hit some big PR's on the bench and deadlift. On the deadlift last week I hit 405 on rack pulls which is a 20 lb PR. On the bench I hit 370 x 1 to a 3 brd, 285 x 3 on a 2 brd, 255 x 1 on a 1 brd., 245 x 2 and 250 x 1 full range, and 385 x 3 on rack lockouts
