warmed up with some light defecit deads Box Squats: parallel, briefs, 50 lbs chain bar x 10 95 x 5 135 x 3 185 x 2 Added Briefs 185 x 2 205 x 2 x 10 225 x 5 255 x 2 Speed Pulls 205 x 3 x 5 called it there probably a little overkill but everything felt great cant wait for heavy squats Friday |

Thursday MM Shirted Bench/Upper End Didnt shirt up today felt like doin something a little different. CG Bench bar x 10 95 x 10 135 x 5 185 x 5 205 x 5(PR) 210 x 5(PR) 225 x 1(Tried for 2 but just didn't have it in me today) 3 Brd 250 x 5 275 x 5 315 x 3 350 x 3(PR) 2 Brd 245 x 3 275 x 3 315 x 0(stapled again really wanted this today but it just didn't happen) 300 x 1(PR) Lockouts 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 5 365 x 3 385 x 3 Fat V-bar pushdowns 80 x 50 Skullcrushers+chains 20 x 10 30 x 6 40 x 5 45 x 5 Shrugs 2 plates x 15 3 plated x 12 4 plates x 8 Really happy about today, everything just came together for an awesome bench workout. Definitely will be sore tomorrow |
