Friday MM Shirted Bench/Upper End CG Bench bar x 10 95 x 5 135 x 3 185 x 3 205 x 3 Added Metal Bash Single Ply 250 x 3(2 Brd) 275 x 3 Called it there deloading this week 3 Brd(Comp Grip) 225 x 3 250 x 3 275 x 3 315 x 3 335 x 3 350 x 2(PR) 365 x 1(PR) Rack Lockouts(POR) 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 3 365 x 1 385 x 1(PR) Enjoyed todays session, shoulders are a little tore up so I decided to take it easy on the shirted benching. I decided to to the SPF Meet in Myrtle Beach on Jan 26. So I'm really looking forward to that and didnt want to push it too hard. |
