Squat barx10 135x3 225x3 315x1 415x1 415x1 Sumo Dead lift barx10 135x3 225x3 315x3 405x1 435x1 455x1 (thought is was 450) ALL TIME PR Note: I am going to be using Sumo for squats/Dead lifting and my bench set us i am bringing my arms in a bit
